What are my obligations if I leave my office?

Public office holders who no longer hold office and who wish to engage in lobbying activities are subject to certain restrictions, that is to say, post-employment rules. Whether you worked in a parliamentary, government or municipal environment, get acquainted with the special rules applicable to your situation:

• If you held your office within a municipality or an agency answerable to it and with to engage in lobbying activities.
  
  
• If you held your office within the National Assembly, the government, a public corporation or a government agency and wish to engage in lobbying activities.
